New Hampshire Mandatory Posting Updates

  • 9/2019 - Employment Discrimination - The New Hampshire Department of Labor has updated their Employment Discrimination notice. The updated notice reflects an addition of "Gender Identity" as a protected class. In addition, they also updated the department contact information. The poster revision date is September 10, 2019.
  • 7/13/2017 - Protective Legislation Law - The New Hampshire Department of Labor has updated the Protective Legislation Law notice. The Payment of Wages section has been updated to state that all wages due to an employee must be paid on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. In addition, information on the Deputy Labor Commissioner has been added and the notice has a new revision date. The effective date of this notice is July 13, 2017.
