  • 01/2024 - Minimum Wage - The Maine Department of Labor has updated their Minimum Wage notice. The updated notice reflects an adjustment of the state minimum wage to $14.15/hour, effective January 1, 2024.
  • 01/2024 - Regulation of Employment - The Maine Department of Labor has updated their Regulation of Employment notice. The updated notice reflects that employees leaving employment must be paid in full no later than the employee’s next established payday. This may also include the payment of accrued vacation pay and/or earned paid leave.
